信任度的建设体现在以下方面:
1.  关于我们页面:详细、真实的说明公司背景、历史、业务范围等等情况。
2.  网站备案:获得ICP的备案许可。
3.  服务流程:让客户充分了解整个过程,让服务更透明。
4.  报价列表:根据不同服务,分别给出相应报价范围。
5.  客户案例:客户更愿意接收第三方的评价。
6.  联系方式:详细、完整、多途径的联系方式,并提供所在地地图指示。
7.  网页数量:充实的网页数量,企业站点至少50页以上。
8.  原创内容:客户不喜欢到处流传的论调。
9.  版权信息:正确书写版权信息。声明本站内容受法律保护,拒绝转载等。
10. 隐私保护:声明对客户信息、网友信息给予隐私保护。
11. 无错别字:客户看见错别字,会想“网页都不校对,服务质量也悬。”
12. 合作伙伴:合作伙伴的链接及合作方站内报道。
13. 专业名词:适当的使用专业名词,但不要影响用户阅读,并给予简单易懂的解释。

         可以开博客的地方很多,sina博客、sohu博客、博客中国等都是不错的博客平台,人气也是很旺的。但是往往我们在那写点专业的知识,都没有多少人看的懂,管理员也不可能帮您推荐的,因为他们那里是娱乐博客,是写个人日记、明星八卦的地方。自然,在您看来是好的文章,但想得到管理员的推荐是不可能的,因为您发错地方了,这就会直接造成您的优秀文章得不到很好的宣传。
         现在许多行业门户也开通博客了,比如如果你做咨询及市场的,Donews IT社区(http://www.donews.com/)、艾瑞网(http://www.iresearch.cn)、营销人博客(http://www.marketingman.net/blog/index.html)就是您不错的选择,如果你是做IT技术的,程序员论坛的博客(http://blog.csdn.net)就是不错的选择,其中一个重要的选择因素之一就是:这个博客平台对搜索引擎很友好,你的博客文章在搜索引擎上会获得不错的排名。在这样的博客平台上,您可以发现,来写博客的人都是您的同行,很容易找到与您志同道合的朋友,甚至潜在客户。最重要的是,这里的管理人员可以判断出您的文章是否优秀,让您的好文真正得到推广!
          并在博客里尽可能详细填写您的真实姓名、性别、年龄、职业、个人简介等,更重要的是,你一定要上传您的照片,因为这样看起来您更加真实可信。

       秘笈四:博客涉及的领域要专,且绝大部分要原创
        尽量不要在您的博客里写个人日志,没有太多人会关注您今天心情多么不好,吃了什么好吃的,跟谁谁去那了等,因为你不是娱乐明星,如果您非要写,就到QQ空间去吧!
         您的博客不要涉及很多领域,我认为最好就是只有一个领域就可以了,比如:您做网络营销的,就讲网络营销,讲深入,讲透彻;做行业网站运营的,你就讲清楚行业网站如何运营就可以了,因为太多领域,您的文章可能就会失去深度了。
         文章要绝大部分原创,因为不但您的博客浏览者喜欢看原创的,搜索引擎也喜欢原创的。网站管理员也喜欢推荐原创的文章,只有原创的文章,对您才有营销推广作用。其次,作为博客来说,您不需要获取那些对您来说无效的流量,因为您不是做门户的。

         秘笈五:要写有深度的好文,要系统的讲清楚一个问题
         当您的具有深度好文发布后,就会有人来看您的博客文章了;如果您的文章是好文章,管理员就会推荐您的文章,这时就会有更多的人可以看到您的文章了;当看的人多了,您的思想就会得到认可了,就会有粉丝了,离出名也就不远了。
         也会有人想转摘您的文章了,如果您的文章没有系统的讲清楚一个问题,当文章离开了您自己的博客后,就不能讲完整、讲清楚一个问题了,这样的文章一般人是不想转摘的。所以要想转摘的人多,就要在一篇文章里系统的讲清楚一个问题!不要搞什么连载,把本来可以放到一篇文章的东西放到多篇文章里了,除非文章的确太长了。
          即使您的文章被转载了,但是如果没有讲清楚一个问题,其效果也是很小的,因为别人很难从一个讲的不系统的文章里对您产生认可,其推广效果就大打折扣了。所以您应该要考虑的是,您的文章在任何地方被别人看到了,别人可能都会想办法与您取得联系,这样您就成功了一大半了。

        秘笈六:使博客名称和博文标题跟相关行业联系起来
         博客名称要跟您所属的行业联系起来,要主要表达博客涉及的主题,以及您想推广的东西,通过百度了解一下行业用户的搜索习惯,稍微做点搜索引擎优化。比如:我在营销人博客的博客标题就是:“B2B网站策划建设及运营方案—李学江博客”(网址:http://www.marketingman.net/blog/seabird/index.html),这样当您潜在客户通过搜索引擎搜索相关关键词的时候,您的博客在搜索引擎的排名就会有所提高,获得更多宣传推广自己的机会。
         博客文章的标题,既要多写点字,尽量表达出文章的中心,吸引用户来点击;也要将关键词在标题里体现下,适当做点优化,使自己的文章也在搜索引擎里得到比较好的排名,获得更多宣传推广自己的机会。

         秘笈七:认真对博客文章进行排版,让浏览者阅读起来有快感
         在行业技术及营销博客里,不要象在Sina、博客中国开博客那样,太体现自己的个性化,将文字编辑的龙飞凤舞,选择花里胡哨的模板,往往浏览者看起来很吃力,访问速度有时候也比较的慢,从而影响了用户看下去的可能,对您的博客推广影响很大。
         要将博客文章分出更多的大标题、小标题,并将大小标题加粗,让浏览者看起来一目了然,有层次感,阅读起来很舒服,有快感!别人才会有耐心的看完您的文章。
段与段之间要隔开一些,字体要大一些,要用象sina、网易的新闻文章一样大的字体,字太小,看起来很累。有相关连接的地方,要清楚的标记出来,引导阅读者对问题了解的更清楚、深入,也可以顺其自然的做点定向推广,但是千万不要过火,不要牵强,否则管理员会厌烦您的。总之,就是要让阅读者有往下看的欲望。

         秘笈八:要在文章的开头或结尾,加上方便的联系方式
          大家常这样认为:
          我的博客简介里有我的联系方式呀,他们会去找的,为什么要放到文章的首尾呀?
          我不想填写QQ、MSN,也不填写电话,我就写一个E-mail,他们会给我发信的!
          分析上面的两种问题:
         第一种人是认为他的文章只在他自己的博客上被看到,其实不是,如果的确是好文,大部分的浏览者不是通过您的博客浏览到您的博文,而是通过别人转摘看到的。如果你的文章没有写联系方式,别人就不会转摘您的联系方式,那就导致您的博文浏览者不能方便的联系您,您只要写上“转载请务必保留作者及联系方式,谢谢!”,一般稍微正规的网站都会留下您的作者及联系方式的。
         第二种是没有认识到QQ、MSN在对待陌生人的第一次交流时具有很大的优势,因为及时,因为交流起来不会有太多的顾虑。所以想让您的同行或潜在客户更方便联系您,取得进一步的沟通与交流,留QQ、msn比留电话和EMAIL都好,当然如果所有联系方式都留是最好的了!

         秘笈九:多和加您的QQ、MSN上人沟通,增加认可度
          当您的博客文章发布后,也许会有许多人通过QQ、MSN加您的,您要第一时间与别人沟通与交流,除非您实在太忙了,不要过了很久才回复别人消息,因为他对您的第一印象很重要。交谈时先要问清楚他是怎么知道您QQ的,他的职业是什么,他想聊什么等!确定是不是您想要沟通与交流的对象,因为加您的人实在太多,浪费时间就是浪费生命嘛。
          当您用QQ、MSN与对方深度沟通时,您可能发现他是您的潜在客户,他可能会问您许多的问题,但是你不要全部告诉他,告诉他解决问题的大方向就够了。具有针对性的问题,点到为止,否则您的博客文章转化率就大大降低了,始终要记住,知识是有价值的,您的博客并不是公益博客。

        秘笈十:利用多种方式及渠道推广博客
         要利用多种方式及渠道推广您的博客,比如:
         把您的QQ、MSN签名加上您的博客网址;
         把您的论坛签名加上您的博客网址;
         把您的邮件签名加上您的博客网址;
         在您的个人简介里写上您的博客网址;
         甚至可以在您的名片上印上博客网址等,总之推广方法很多的。

          当你了解了博客在个人媒体方面的运用,学会并拥有了这10大秘籍,再很好的加以运用,也许您就可能会在行业里出名。如果把名气利用的好,您的名气就等于金钱,就等于钞票;您越出名,您的钞票就会越多!就会更加认真的学习、提高自己,更加热衷于写更好的博文,那你也就会更出名,钞票也就会更多,人脉也就会更广。

中国企业海外营销思路需要慎重考虑

今年是中国国内许多企业进入WTO的第六个年头,想想02年前很多企业眼巴巴的想进入国际市场,6年了,中国企业,你们成熟了么?

           前几天和effective的 吴懿女士谈到了国内企业在海外的发展状况,尽管我们都相信在未来的多元化世界中,中国企业都会有很大成就,但就现在实际情况来说,很多国内的企业在国外目 前的状况都是举步维艰,并没有当初想象的那么好。究竟是什么问题使得这些当时意气风发的企业面临着入不敷出,在死亡线上挣扎呢?点石小鹏就一些问题进行了深入研究后发现,大概问题如下:

            1、市场定位的不够清晰,前期调查没有深入,造成资源的浪费却没有收益

             市场的定位直 接决定了产品和企业的高度,世界著名营销学大师菲利普·科特勒早就给出了看似十分浅显的总结:“一个公司只要生产出合适的产品,制定一种合适的价格,并以 一种合适的方式卖给所需要的人,那么这个企业就可能取得成功。 ”但他给的是一个模糊的概念,什么是合适的产品、价格乃至合适的方式,最重要什么是需求者,这些都需要针对不同的企业做不同的前期调查。很多国内的公司都 过于相信中国的一些市场调查机构、网站等等提供的所谓的数据和调查,看到他们说什么就是什么,觉得直接应该马上应该走出国门,但这些数据真实性姑且不论, 但没有经过自己的一番过滤,就头脑发热的去盲从。前期的调查和市场定位都没有做好,就想和国际上的大企业和一些本地化公司竞争,这不是一种画饼充饥的做法 么?

               2、本地程度不够

               前一段时间ebay宣布暂时放弃中国市场,google在中国的推广策略一直饱受争议,这些都是在揭示着一个道理:最终用户群体的需求才是整个营销思路的 重点。这里想起了和吴懿女士谈化时一个问题:“一家中国公司想打进欧洲市场,如果做市场推广是找中国的公司还是欧洲本地的公司?”相信这个问题稍微有点商 业化常识的都知道,最终的选择结果是欧洲公司,为什么?毕竟它是本地的公司,它相对来说比较熟悉欧洲人的性格,爱好,而且他真实的接触本地客户和市场竞争 者。这里并不去比较欧洲公司和中国公司的大小和资源等等,仅仅是从地域和本地化角度来说。很多中国公司到了海外,仍然按照中国的模式来进行推广,大打廉价 牌,这样的方式只是在打压自己的空间。
